Arsenal starlet to leave this summer after 10 years, seeking first-team football

Arsenal Youth Talent Elian Quesada-Thorn is interested with the 20-year-old back left who left the club this summer after a decade spent in their academy.

De Hale End Youngster previously signed two professional contracts with the Gunners in 2023 and 2024 and was regularly rewarded with call-ups to train with the first team of Mikel Arteta after having impressed with their development side.

His progress, however, was hampered by a long-term back injury that prevented him from managing a senior appearance, unlike his fellow academy, Mylles Lewis-Skelly left his chance brilliantly and made that position of himself.

But it is understood that Quesada-Thorn is now ready for the regular playing time after he finally overcome the issue that troubled him for about 18 months.

Given the chance of senior football will probably not come to Arsenal with those who lie in front of him, he currently weighs his options where he has to challenge himself.

Although born and raised in London, and after half of his life in Arsenal's books, he represented Costa Rica at youth level thanks to his heritage. He is also eligible for Sweden and Ireland.
