Arsenal is still connected to three different strikers, but RB Leipzig seems to close a new striker that seems to be a replacement for Benjamin Sesko
Talking another day of striker while the current stars of Arsenal enjoy some downtime before the preseason appears on the horizon.
And if you believe in every report that did the rounds for the past 24 hours, Mikel Arteta will solve his center problem by bringing in all Benjamin Sesko, Viktor Gyokeres and Ollie Watkins.
The reality is different – although a stand -off has been developed with regard to the Swedish star Gyokeres, because Sporting Lisbon holds on for a huge amount for their headman. This led to a new speculation of a movement for Aston Villa -star Watkins, which was closely linked in January.
Here are the transfer stories to keep an eye on the Gunners.
Sesko -Forward
A deal for the Sesko of RB Leipzig could come a step closer after reports that the Bundesliga club is in conversation with bringing in striker Romulo from the Turkish side goztepe.
Leipzig only suggests their star man to leave once a replacement has been drawn up. And deal for Sesko is expected to cost the Gunners around £ 65 million.
Gyokeese distance
The situation around Gyokeres, however, remains uncertain, but the sporting repetition of their position that all offers around £ 60 million that his representatives discussed will be rejected quickly.
Sporting remains that no offer has been received and the tension between the club's hierarchy and the top goalscorer is now expected to result in a long -term saga … unless a club arrives and offers large dollars of the bat.
And that break means talking about a pivot against Watkins, which Premier League has been proven but will be 30 halfway through the following season, continues to rise.
Arsenal made their interest in him clear in January, but they did not offer enough money to interest the Midlands side.
Lewis-skelly update
Arsenal has been described as 'very calm' talking about breakthrough star Myles Lewis-Skelly who is lifted by Real Madrid with 12 months left on the Academy Graduate contract.
As always with Real, transfer interviews are supplied with a grain of salt and the Trent Alexander-Arnold Saga is undoubtedly to draw another English full back in the vicinity of his contract on the way to the Spanish capital.
