Arsenal has been busy this summer and spends great on a number of transfer deals, but the team of Mikel Arteta could get at least one new addition for the Deadline Day day
The summer signs of Arsenal have helped Mikel Arteta and his team to make the perfect start to the new season. However, things can get even better.
Ebereechi Eze was unveiled before Saturday's 5-0 win over Leeds, where Viktor Gyokeres took his first Premier League goals in the thumping victory. There were a few injuries, but neither Martin Odegaard nor Bukayo Saka is expected to come out too long.
Transfer Deadline Day Lands on 1 September, with Arsenal against reigning champions Liverpool only a day earlier. The outcome at Anfield can take into account whether Arteta and transfer chief Andrea Berta have the feeling that more should be done in the eleventh hour.
A number of sales can still be on the maps and some outputs can take place together with new additions. A man who now looks like is Leandro Trossard – who, despite interest rate from abroad, corresponded to an improved contract.
Today we have updates about some ins and outs for you. Here are the latest rules of Mirror Football from the Stadium of Emirates.
Late hincapie movement could happen
Arsenal is preparing to launch a late bid for Bayer Leverkusen -defender Piero Hincapie. The Ecuador International is supposed to be available for £ 55 million and there has even been speculation that he could move for less.
Some points of sale have suggested that Arsenal Rivals would hijack Tottenham for the 23-year-old, just a few days after they had beaten them for the signing of Eze. However, Spurs have denied contact with Leverkusen via Hincapie.
Leverkusen has lost a number of senior stars since Xabi Alonso left as a manager, with Erik ten Hag now in the Dugout. Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong have both become members of Liverpool, while Granit Xhaka and Amine Adli have also moved to the Premier League.
Kiwior to Porto Latest
Arsenal and Porto are set for a new round of conversations about Jakub Kiwior, according to reports in Portugal (via Sport Witness). So far have been instructions that Porto would bring the defender on loan with an obligation to buy at the end of the season.
However, they are not the only team in the hunt. Crystal Palace has also been associated with suggestions that a permanent dive from the Eagles was never dependent on the conditions of Eze's movement in the opposite direction.
Kiwior, who came to Arsenal from Spezia in January 2023, was also associated with a return to Serie A. Clubs in Italy, but seemed to favor straight loan movements, and this preference could eventually see him somewhere else.
Former shooter Hayden joins QPR
Arsenal Academy product Isaac Hayden has completed a permanent move to Queens Park Rangers on a free transfer. The 30-year-old, who played twice for the Gunners under Arsene Wenger, had spent the last nine years in the Newcastle's books.
Hayden, a Jamaica International, played 17 league games for the RS during a seasonal loan from 2023-24. Julien Stephan has since taken over as a manager and he has had productive conversations with the new arrival.
“It was special to have the conversation with Christian (CEO Christian Nourry) and the head coach in terms of those who want me to return to the club,” Hayden told Club Media. “I had a few options to go abroad, but it was one of those if I were to stay in the championship, it would only be one club and I am just happy that it will be done.”
