Arsenal UCL boost as Mbappe with 3 Real Madrid stars under UEFA investigation

Arsenal could get a huge Champions League boost with four Real Madrid stars that may have been forbidden from next month's quarterfinals.

Superstar attackers Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior, former Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger and midfielder Dani Caballos all face an official UEFA probe for their antics against Atletico Madrid in the last 16.

A UEFA ethics and disciplinary inspector has been appointed by all four players to investigate accusations of “indecent behavior”.

The non-specific incidents took place during the second leg the last 16 win against City Rivals Atletico on March 12.

Their punishment, if guilty, is not yet known.

But if they are forbidden, it can be a huge advantage for Arsenal, who miss several important players due to injury.

The Gunners organize the 15-times European champions on Tuesday 8, with the return bone in the Bernabeu the following Wednesday.

And Vinicius and Mbappe are this season together in club goals in the Champions League, with seven goals each.

Madrid continued to the quarterfinals in a controversial 4-2 shootout after Atletico won the second stage 1-0 to bind the aggregated score on 2-2.

The tensions were high in the Metropolitano before, and then, the spot kick of Julian Alvarez was disqualified by VAR.

Atletico is supposed to have submitted a formal complaint to UEFA, who then started his investigation.

Vinicius was the most controversial matter because he reportedly made six “shots” with Athleti supporters during and after the collision.

The Brazilian, long-oriented by rival fans and who has been a regular victim of racist abuse, was involved in two separate confrontations with home fans before and after the shoot-out.

The 24-year-old skied in the normal time a penalty and was replaced in extra time, but taunts them by pointing to the real top on his jacket.

Rudiger was accused of making a throat gesture for supporters from home.

Ceballos is accused of making an obscene single gesture with a fist fist before joining Jude Bellingham with a victory dance at the end of the match.

German center -back Rudiger – who won his first Champions League with Chelsea in 2021 – started a jubilant dance with high knee after scoring the winning penalty in the night.

The majority of the team followed, with Subs that imitate it.

Mbappe was reported for touching his genitals in a clearly different way.

Diego Simeone was banned because he grabbed his pieces during a Champions League match against Juventus.

Real will probably point out that their players were hit by bottles and other objects thrown by home supporters, but the research could end with serious consequences.

It is still too seen whether Rudiger, Ceballos, Vinicius or Mbappe are being charged by UEFA due to these incidents.
