Barcelona has more or less focused on their team for the 2025-26 season due to the appearance of things, and there are several players who will probably leave before the end of the transfer window. Oriol Romeu, Inaki Pena and Hector Fort is all expected to leave before the month is out.
The latter has attracted interest from the Premier League. According to Marca, Aston Villa asked for a deal for Fort, who expanded the scene on scene under Xavi Hernandez two seasons ago. Hansi Flick has not shown the same faith in Fort since he took over, and last season Fort was seen who reacted angry with his lack of opportunities.
The 18-year-old full-back is closest to RCD Mallorca, because it became clear that he would leave this summer. Yet the same exhaust valve imposes that at least no conversations between Fort and Mallorca are going on. At club level, Barcelona is open to a loan agreement or a permanent exit with a return option, but it is thought that the first would be preferred. They still retain confidence in Fort's talent and would like to maintain control of his future.
