Aston Villa join the race to sign €60m-rated Randal Kolo Muani

The race to sign Randal Kolo Muani, 26, from Paris Saint-Germain is heating up, with Aston Villa the latest club to join the race, according to a report from L'Équipe.

Kolo Muani is out of favor at PSG and, dropped from Luis Enrique's latest matchday squad, it is clear his future does not lie at the Parc des Princes. Despite being relegated at club level, the former Eintracht Frankfurt striker had a strong year for France and remains a strong value in the market.

Clubs from all over Europe are showing interest in Kolo Muani. As previously reported, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United are interested in the Frenchman. Aston Villa have now joined them as the list of clubs inquiring about the striker grows.

In Italy, AC Milan and Juventus are interested, while RB Leipzig and Bayern Munich are also in the race. L'Équipe understands that Germany is the most likely destination for Kolo Muani, although that could change. PSG wants 60 million euros for the attacker, but a loan with an option to make the move permanent would also be accepted.
