Atletico Madrid continues to pursue more signing sessions on the transfer market, with a movement for Juventus wing player Nicolas Gonzalez who probably seems their next addition. It has been reported that Diego Simeone wants Los Colchoneros to bring in a new option wide that a defender can take.
One of the two further signing sessions that were currently discussed by Los Colchoneros, although it was previously reported that their company was completed. According to GDS (via Diario AS), Atletico has now reached an agreement on personal conditions with the Argentina International.
That information is supported by Matteo Moretto, who explained that Gonzalez has a 'foot and half' in Atletico Madrid. The Italian journalist does not notice that Juventus and Atletico are still discussing how they can let the deal work, with a gap of € 10 million on earlier appreciation. It seems that the 27-year-old comes much closer to Madrid than Nahuel Molina to leave it.
Both teams were also € 10 million apart on a rating for Molina, but it seems that the right back does not go to Turin, even if they reach an agreement. Moretto explains (via Objetivo Atleti) that Molina has rejected the possibility of going in the opposite direction.
The question is what consequences this could have for the remaining current members of the team. There has been a suggestion that Alexander Sorloth could continue in the last phases of the transfer market, with Los Rojiblancos open for a movement. In addition to the Norwegian, the following attackers who could see the danger are reduced for minutes are Antoine Griezmann and Giuliano Simeone, but both seem unlikely departure.
