Atletico Madrid should not get carried away after beating Barcelona to top LaLiga, says Jan Oblak.
Alexander Sorloth's latest strike secured a thumping 2-1 victory for Diego Simeone's side at Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys on Saturday.
Atleti, who were without a shot in the first half, equalized through Rodrigo De Paul, who canceled out Pedri's opener, before Sorloth sent them top of the table.
It was Atletico's first away win over Barça in LaLiga since February 2006, breaking their second-worst winless streak away from home against the same opponent in their league history (19 games), following a run of 20 without a win against the Blaugrana . between 1945 and 1963.
But Oblak keeps his feet firmly on the ground.
“I haven't won in Barcelona since I finally came here. It was difficult, but we got three points. Let's keep going like this,” Oblak told Movistar after making a series of brilliant saves to keep Barca at bay to keep.
“We started badly, with some fear that no one understands, because we are in very good shape. After the 1-0 we were able to hold on without conceding the second.
“The competition is very long. Today is not the most important, it is three points and there are still many points left. A month and a half ago we were far away and now we are here.”

After restoring parity on the hour mark, De Paul has now scored three goals in his last four LaLiga appearances, the same number as in his previous 53 games in the competition.
“The more you suffer, the more you enjoy it. We faced a great rival. It had been many years since Atletico had won here, and we were also playing for first place,” De Paul told Movistar.
