The subject of the possible departure of Casado has generated many conversations within Can Barca, with a split opinion. His sale would certainly help the club to alleviate their financial problems, but in the process they would lose a player who can be counted on for more than ten years.
There is no doubt that Casado would be a fantastic signing for Athleti, and it would remain their focus on signing younger players for Simeone's team.
