The profession of Barcelona and Osasuna to postpone their rear -out match match were rejected, said the Spanish football federation (RFEF) on Thursday.
The clubs have to play their repeat fixture on March 27, the original new date that was set up earlier this week before the game for the RFEF match.
In the original game on March 8, both teams had announced their respective line-ups before the match was postponed because of the death of the club doctor of Barcelona, Carles Minarro Garcia.
Barca appealed to the repeating luminaire to push back on the basis of the fact that at least six of their players – including South Americans Raphinha and Ronald Araujo, who have committed themselves to Brazil and Uruguay – have no time to rest after international duty.
Raphina, who has 21 goals this season in Laliga for Barcelona, and Brazil is opposed to Argentina on March 25, which means that he would almost certainly not be back in time for the Balugrana.
Araujo would meanwhile be confronted against Bolivia on the same day and it is unlikely that it will come back in time to the Hansi Flick side.

Osasuna appealed because they had a match against Athletic Bilbao two days later, in which the two parties originally resumed Leaga action on 28 March. The rest of the weekend promotion is planned for March 29.
Although Barcelona and Osasuna proposed other data, including at the end of April or the week of 19 May, their requests were rejected, with Laliga pushing the Osasuna match against Athletic back to March 30.
Barca is top of Laliga with 60 points, level with Real Madrid, who have played more a game.
