
Barcelona will someday be aware of the name of a popular singer when they organize Real Madrid in the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Company in May, and if things stand, it will be one of the largest and most supported executive artists in the world that they will be on the Blaugrana colors.
Since signing a sponsorship agreement with Spotify from the beginning of the 2022-23 season, the popular music streaming app has worn their logo for El Clasico competitions in La Liga-in, the logo of an artist takes their place. Earlier this season, Coldplay was selected and the British band brought Hansi Flick Geluk the side when they won 4-0 against Real Madrid in the Santiago Bernabeu.
For the next match between the two teams, which will be played in the Estadi Olimpic on 10 or 11 May, Spotify started selecting the act that Barcelona will have as their shirt sponsor. And according to RAC1 (via MD), Taylor Swift is the favorite to become the selected artist.
According to the report, the agreement to have the Swift logo on the Barcelona sweater for El Clasico is almost completed, pending some final details. Ed Sheeran and Travis Scott were both considered during the process, but for now it is the American singer-songwriter who will have her logo on the Blaugrana colors.
If she is successful, Swift would be at Drake, Rosalia, Rolling Stones, Karol G and Coldplay by being a shirt sponsor for Barcelona in a La Liga Clasico. The Catalans will hope that she will bring them some luck for what looks like a possible title that is a match-up of the Estadi Olimpic.
