Barcelona seems desperate to close a deal that Vorror Roque takes to Palmeiras before the end of the Brazilian transfer window, which expires at the end of February. La Liga and the Royal Spanish football federation (RFEF) had rejected the move and said that it could not take place outside the Spanish transfer window, but apparently the Blaugrana found a way.
After he had agreed a reimbursement of € 25 million for 80% of Roque's rights, it was said that Barcelona was looking for the last details on Monday when Palmeiras pulled himself out of the deal. That was after O Verdao had been informed that La Liga would not do the deal because he should be again registered as a Barcelona player before he could be sold again, something that Barcelona could not do outside of a transfer window, even if they did Agree to withdraw his loan agreement with real betis.
However, MD says that after consultation with FIFA the administrative body of Voetbal gave them the green light to carry out a 'technical registration' to sell Roque, without ever being able to play for them. That would enable them to complete the deal with Palmeiras, provided that they have reached an agreement with betis to withdraw his loan, which they think is the only thing that is missing.
Roque and Palmeiras are already agreed conditions and sport say that even if the deal is not done this week, it will continue in June, when a transfer window is opened for the clubs in the club of Club. The Blaugrana has a verbal dedication to this with Palmeiras and are sure that they will get their € 25 million, despite their efforts to force a deal so quickly.
Earlier reports have said that Betis will not stand in the way of Roque, although that has not been publicly disliked. Although Barcelona may have the green light of FIFA, where La Liga is those who judge the salary limits, it can still be seen in their view of the deal.
