Barcelona have had an excellent start to the 2024/25 season, although they have dropped off significantly in recent weeks. The upcoming winter break will allow Hansi Flick's side to reset, and business can also be done during the transfer window, which opens in early January.
However, Flick's squad is unlikely to be added. As reported by Alfred Martinez, Barcelona are not expected to do any business during the winter transfer window.
Signings would have been virtually impossible anyway due to the club's well-documented financial problems, and it is now believed no one will leave. The likes of Eric Garcia and Pablo Torre have been linked as possible departures, although it stands to reason they would stay if no replacements are lined up.
For now, Barcelona's focus remains on securing the registrations of Dani Olmo and Pau Victor. Contract negotiations are also a priority, but one thing is certain: signing is not.
