Barcelona seems to be missing the central defender Jonathan Tah, while Bayern Munich steps to the pole position for his signature. The Blaugrana opened conversations with Tah in December and had conditions with the German International in February, but the relocation will collapse.
Tah waited for the word of Barcelona for their salary limit, in the midst of doubts about their ability to register the 29-year-old this summer. However, how clear the Blaugrana is not advanced, despite their good relationship with his agent Pini Zahavi.
Recent reports have claimed that Barcelona hoped to bring in Tah for a free transfer from Bayer Leverkusen, but had informed him that in the first place one of their central defenders should go before they could illuminate the deal. Tah recently noted that he would also make a decision about his future too.
Now Christian Falk van Bild has reported that the Blaugrana is now aware that Tah will probably move a move to Spain in favor of a switch to Bayern Munich. The German champions started conversations again in April and claims Fabrizio Romano, and he also works with information that they lead the race for his signature. Real Madrid rejected a movement for Tah earlier this year, but was newly connected to Tah with Xabi Alonso that arrived this summer – it seems that they will go to a younger option.
Many had seen Barcelona vice-captain Ronald Arajo as potential collateral damage due to a movement for Tah. He drew a deal in January until 2031, but has a release clause of € 65 million for the first half of July if he would like to leave. Until now, the indication that he does not intend to do this is part of Barcelona's inability to bring in Tah, but it seems as if their alternative should leave. It can convince Barcelona to be a little stronger in their attempts to keep the Uruguayan.
