Barcelona sporting director Deco expresses frustration with Hansi Flick tactics

Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has earned many compliments for his daring playing style, but not everyone in the club is completely convinced by the tactics of the German head coach since his arrival last summer.

The Uber -attacking approach of Barcelona has become them in all competitions in Europe's top scorers, and although they have sometimes struggled defensively, they were able to prevent this by beating their opposition.

But they could never do this earlier this year, that was the 4-4 draw in the first stage of their Copa del Rey Semi final against Atletico Madrid, although it ultimately made little difference as Barcelona progressed to the final after winning the return bone in the Metropolitano earlier this week.

There was some criticism of Barcelona's performance in the first stage in the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Company, and as revealed by Barca Reservat, part of it came from Sporting Director Deco.

It was said that Deco was very frustrated after Barcelona's 4-4 draw against Atleti, and he asked Flick's decision to play in that match in such a daring way. Although he is a fan of the way the first team plays, he believes that the German manager must be able to adapt in different game scenarios against different opposition.

Deco believes that the tactics can be effective against 90% of the opponents, but Flick must consider a different arrangement in the other 10% of the luminaires. And perhaps he took the words of Deco under advice, because Barcelona produced a fighting performance in Wednesday's return bone to achieve a 1-0 victory thanks to a first half goal of Ferran Torres. The Catalans showed another side of their game in the Metropolitano, which again proves that film is a top manager.

The fact that Barcelona can play both sides will certainly set it up for the remaining games of the season.
