Barcelona are facing a host of crucial contract decisions ahead of their return to action in 2025.
This weekend's La Liga showdown with Atletico Madrid will close out 2024 for Hansi Flick's team before a busy January begins.
The 2025 start will include action across the league, the Copa del Rey, the Spanish Super Cup and the UEFA Champions League and will require a full squad.
The main issue Barcelona need to resolve is Dani Olmo's ongoing registration saga, with his current term set to expire at the end of December.
Barcelona had a rule in place that allowed the club to sign Olmo for this season as 80% of Andreas Christensen's salary was recycled due to his long-term injury, but that won't last until 2025.
According to reports from Relevo, the club also hopes to resolve Pau Victor's expiring registration, but he is less of a priority.
Victor is a useful option for the squad, but if an agreement cannot be reached, the 23-year-old could be loaned out to another La Liga team – with Real Betis reportedly interested.
