Barcelona had a calm winter transfer window, in which no one left or left the first team team of Hansi Flick in January. However, that was not because of the lack of trying, because the club Marcus Rashford would like to loan Manchester United, although a deal turned out to be impossible.
A departure was needed to free up the salary space that was needed to register Rashford, but despite the fact that strong efforts were made to push Ansu Fati out of the door, he would not admit – and this was his attitude even though he Head coach Hansi -Flick was told not count on him for the rest of the season.
Fati was the only player who considered Barcelona for a departure, in which Eric Garcia among them was excluded despite strong interest from Girona and Como. Another player who was sought was Fermin Lopez, but he did not come close to departure either.
According to the sport, both Man United and Aston Villa showed interest in Fermin during the winter transfer window, and the two Premier League parties were willing to reach € 70 million to offer Barcelona. However, the young midfielder has entertained none of the proposals that came on his way.
Man United has been Fermin's long -term admirers, who also asked his availability last summer. However, on that occasion she was also rejected. Both Barcelona and the player themselves really want to stay together, and as well as surprises, they have to do this for a while.
Earlier this season Fermin signed a new contract until 2029 and he only regards in Barcelona. He has not had much fame if he would have wanted this season, but he was decisive when he is called by Flick – and all parties will hope that this will remain the case.
