Barcelona will now reportedly listen to offers for players in the January transfer window, with the club possibly willing to part ways with several players this winter. Center back Ronald Araujo was unlikely to be one of them, but for the second January in a row he will be the subject of an attempt to pluck him from the Catalan capital.
According to GdS (via Sport), Juventus will make a bid for Araujo in the coming days. They will look to loan the Uruguayan on loan at the end of the season for a significant fee with a mandatory purchase clause, but the Catalan daily notes that Barcelona are not interested in the idea. They would offer to take over his entire salary as well.
