Bayern Munich 1-1 Celtic (3-2 agg): Last-gasp Davies goal snatches Champions League progress

Alphonso Davies pulled a last-minute equalizer to seal a 1-1 draw with Celtic and send Bayern Munich the last 16 to the Champions League with a 3-2 aggregated victory.

Davies bundled deep in the second half of the stopping time in the Allianz Arena, where Nicholas Kuhn held the visitors in the 63rd minute.

Bayern, 2-1 victors in Celtic Park last week, was previously lucky when the Brendan Rodgers team saw various glorious chances pass them – Callum McGregor went close, Kuhn had a header of De Lijn and Daiben Maeda widely widely.

Harry Kane almost made Bayern's happiness when he hit the crossbar during the break, although that was his last involvement, in which Vincent Kompany took the captain of England, who had an injury doubt before the game, with the game intermittently.

Bayern increased the pressure after the break, but Kuhn threw in against the Run of Play after taking advantage of some defensive errors.

But with extra time, a Leon Goretzka header was parried by Kasper Schmmeichel, with Davies by hand to block Cameron Carter Vickers, attempted clearance and the ball forces over the line.

What. It. Resources.
