‘Be Joe Pyfer!’… Dana White bought Joe Pyfer a house after homeless fighter’s shocking Contender Series knockout

UFC Middleweight Star Joe Pyfer was about to become homeless for the generosity of Dana White.

Joe Pyfer conquered a horrible youth full of abuse and neglect to make a name for himself in MMA. His story is something you would hear about in a Marvel Superhero strip, but unlike comic books, the tests and triumphs of Pyfer are validated and real.

Pyfer returns this Saturday to the Octagon against former Interim title -Uitdager Kelvin Gastelum in the main event of UFC Mexico City. It is perhaps the biggest fight of the young MMA career in Pyfer after dismantling most of his UFC opposition, including knockouts of Marc-Andre Barriault and Gerald Meerschaert.

Pyfer once fought on the Contender Series of Dana White before he finally held a UFC contract after he had shattered his elbow against Dustin Stoltzfus during the 2020 season of the show. After a long, treacherous road physically and mentally back to the cage, Dana White and the Matchmakers Pyfer gave a second chance in 2022.

From rags to wealth: within the heart -warming UFC signing of Joe Pyfer

Pyfer faced the former LFA Middleweight Champion and current UFC hunter Ozzy Diaz on DWCS in 2022. He earned the fight with Diaz after a knockout of one punch in his comeback fight at Cage Fury FC 104.

After a silly night of fighting that made White and the Octagonide matchmakers furious, Pyfer delivered the highlight of the night against Diaz by turning him in a brutal way. An emotional pyfer shouted at White, “Thanks for the occasion!” In one of the most memorable moments of the season.

Minutes after Pyfer's victory, White made his notorious “Be like Joe Pyfer!” Speech in his interview after the event with Laura Sanko. He pointed to the lack of finishes and aggressive tactics of the night of the hunters for Pyfer's knockout as a central point of his frustration.

After obtaining a UFC contract from White, the struggles of Pyfer outside the cage were not immediately illuminated. But things changed quickly.

During a press conference the following week, White revealed that he changed Pyfer's life in more than one way after his victory of DWC.

“I do many things for many people I don't necessarily talk about. Joe Pyfer, when I left the press conference that night, he told me he was about to become homeless,” explained White.

“That won't happen!”

Pyfer later revealed that White gave him a year of rent to stop his financial fight. The generosity of White is not unanswered by Pyfer, because the rising middleweight is 4-1 in the Octagon and on the door of a top 15 spot.

Joe Pyfer surpassed the ponstracht of Francis Ngannou after inspiring UFC signature

Pyfer owns vicious pons power for his size. Despite a weight difference of 85 pounds, Pyfer Francis Ngannou's Punching Power Record shattered on one of the machines of the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas.

True to his life story, Pyfer recovered from his first UFC loss to Jack Hermansson by earning a 'Knock -Out of the Year' candidate at UFC 303 in June. It is correct on the door of a place in the middleweight ranking and can one day possibly challenge a UFC -Riem for a UFC belt.

Pyfer's turnout to UFC star row is an example for many around the world to never give up their dreams. While he prepares for another controversial fight in UFC Mexico City, Pyfer fights for a better life after a rocky start.
