Conor McGregor clearly tries to get to the Vecht form before a potential comeback to the UFC Octagon.
After he had not fought since 2021 when he broke his ankle during his trilogy fight against Dustin Poirier, it seemed as if Conor McGregor would never return to the Achthoek.
Despite that, it was recently announced by US President Donald Trump, that the UFC will organize a unique event from the White House next year, and McGregor immediately declared his interest in competing at the event.
And with that De Irishman has recently taken a huge step to actually be able to compete again when he returned the pool of the drug test bath and registered his first test session this year.

Ben Askren Slams McGregor for recent sparring images
Although 'The Notorious' likes to return to action, he still has a long way to go until he is sharp enough to return to the sport.
And despite the re-entering of the test pool, UFC legend Daniel Cormier believes that McGregor's conversations about a comeback only 'remain relevant' and that he will not really return.
However, the former UFC Double Champion has apparently returned to a form of training because he has consistently placed images on his social media of him on the mats.
Last Friday the Irishman posted a series of videos from him that trains in a gym in Italy, where he was seen sparing with young hunters.
In the videos, the former UFC champion runs out of what seems to be a much younger and less experienced hunter, and he has received a lot of criticism from the fan base, as well as former UFC star Ben Askren.
“What proves the beating of fighters who are not good or do to make you better? These videos are so stupid,” noted the videos of McGregor.

McGregor seems to be restless with the UFC
Although there have been constant conversations about the return of the UFC, BKFC president Dave Feldman recently dropped a bomb that McGregor is currently preparing to fight the winner of the upcoming BKFC fight between Mike Perry and Jeremy Stephens.
And in his Instagram post, McGregor endorsed it: “Charge this for free for the game, on the Mack! Because I am tired of paying for these bulls – we keep seeing! Bare Knuckle is more exciting!
“If you don't kill people with your ground and pound!
