A co-owner of Chelsea is accused of sexually harassing one of his employees in a winery he owns in California.
Hansjorg Wyss was part of the consortium that the Premier League Giants bought in 2022 together with Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital after Roman Abramovich was subject to sanctions.
In addition to the West-London club, Wyss has a winery, Halter Ranch, in Paso Robles, and regularly donates to left-wing causes after his fortune by selling a manufacturer of medical devices in 2012.
It is thought that he has a net value of around $ 4.8 billion (£ 3.6 billion), has given billions to charities and is particularly tailored to environmental causes.
The 89-year-old has submitted a sexual harassment case against him, claiming that he has subjected the complainant to unwanted progress.
Such a rise reportedly includes an attempt to initiate a trio with the complainant, Madison Busby, and her husband, Bryce Mullins.
However, it adds further that Wyss has admitted that a potential court case would be successful against him and reportedly said, “If you ever went after me for sexual harassment, you would win.”
The lawsuit contains a number of alleged cases of 'inappropriate behavior' of the co-owner of Chelsea, while Busby worked at the Halter Ranch Winery.
The winery has claimed that the allegations are incorrect and explains: “We plan the facts that surround their time at the winery and surround their departure.”
Busby claimed that she was 'shocked and disgusting' by the Swiss billionaires, but felt unable to complain because of the risk that her later man Mullins would lose her job.
“While Mrs. Busby cooked at the stove, Mr. Wyss, then in his mid -eighties and married, deliberately put his hand on Mrs. Busby's butt and touched her,” the court case argued after the billionaire had visited in 2019 in 2019.
'Mr. Wyss told Mr. Mullins, in the presence of Mrs. Busby, about how “good” Mrs. Busby's butt looked in the dress she wore, “the lawsuit claims. 'A few nights later Mr. Wyss Mrs. Busby before she was wearing the same dress again because it looked 'sexy'. '
Busby later moved to the winery in 2020 and later that year was subject to another supposed incident of inappropriate behavior during another visit by Wyss, accompanied by deceased wife Roz Stone Zander.
“During their stay, Mr. Wyss made several sexual statements from Mrs. Busby,” says the lawsuit.
“Moreover, Mr. Wyss told stories about his sexual exploits in graphic details to MS Busby and Mr. Mullins. These include stories about his past and constant sexual affairs with women. '
In 2021 the complainant became an employee at the ranch, after which Wyss Ms. Busby and Mr. Mullins started to have sex with him, either as a group or alone with Mrs. Busby, and Mr. Wyss started to place himself in their sex life. '
The lawsuit also notes that the 89-year-old sentiment expressed that Americans were 'too tense' on the subject of things, of which he reportedly had the feeling that there was little wrong with it.
According to the complaint, the billionaire would also have asked what Busby's favorite sex positions were.
On various occasions, Wyss would even undress for busby and Mullins – and invite them to remove their clothing, she claims. Busby said that Wyss would continue to make sexual progress on her – both alone and for Mullins.
“Mr. Wyss told Mrs. Busby how much he would have liked a trio, even with another man,” says the lawsuit.
“He even suggested a” four “and stated that it would be” fun “for the three and another woman with the name” Lori. “
Wyss would have told Busby in 2021 about a sexual experience he had with 'Lori', and a trip to the cinema they took where they “met a man they didn't know, started oral sex with him, and then all returned to her apartment to have a trio.”
Descriptively the impact that the alleged incidents had on busby continued, the suit continued: 'They not only made her uncomfortable because of their nature, but also because of the fact that she was married and Mr. Wyss was her employer.
'Mrs. Busby tried to ignore the comments, change the subject or bend. At the time, she did not submit any complaints to Mr Wyss for concern for their employment. '
It also claims that on her return from pregnancy leave in 2023 her salary was lowered by $ 10,000 (£ 7,500), and she was later forced to resign in the summer of 2024 as a result of the alleged constant inappropriate behavior. Busby sues for non -specific damage.
However, this is not the first time that Wyss has been accused of sexual harassment.
In 2013 he settled outside the court for $ 1.5 million with a woman in Colorado who claimed that she had sexual abuse as an employee at the Wyss Foundation for years, according to the Daily Caller.
She had claimed to have sex with Wyss to allow him to finance subsidies to non-profit organizations that focused on risky young people and sex trade.
Years earlier, another former employee submitted a federal lawsuit against him and claimed that he founded a hostile working environment at Synthes – a manufacturer of medical aids that he has established to make implants to restore bone fractures.
She lost the case that discriminating against employment contract, but the judge noted that the sexually offensive incidents they mentioned were 'undisputed by the defendants, including Wyss, reports the Daily Caller.
