Danish coach of Mainz 05, Bo Henriksen, has been named Coach of the Year in the German football for Vincent Kompany in Bayern Munich.
Bo Henriksen has also received proof of his remarkable success as the head coach of the German club Mainz 05, because he has been named Coach of the Year by the German Players' Association, which consists of more than 1,400 members.
Henriksen gathered 25.7 percent of the votes, as a result of which Bayern Munich the head coach Vincent Kompany of Bayern Munich, who received 22.2 percent of the votes.
Henriksen therefore takes his place on the sidelines of the Team of the Year, which consists of a star parade of players such as Harry Kane, Jamal Musiala, Florian Wirtz, Joshua Kimmich and Michael Olise.
Henriksen led Mainz to sixth place in the Bundesliga last season, which was enough to qualify Mainz for the European club matches for the first time since the 2016/17 season.
