Bo Nickal rejected the wrestling of Khamzat Chimaev for the undefeated title shot of the competition
While Nickal is preparing for De Ridder this weekend, he remains enthusiastic about one of the brightest competitors of the middleweight division. Khamzat Chimaev, who is expected to be confronted with Dricus du Plessis for the next middleweight title fight, has been a common target of Nickal since he entered the promotion.
Nickal does not judge the wrestling of Chimaev, one of the few who believe that Chimaev's struggling is not worth recognizing. When discussing MMA's biggest wrestlers, Chimaev was omitted from Nickal's answer.
The repeated resignation of Nickal led former UFC star Darren to serve him a cold response to social media. Till and Chimaev are teammates since 2020, and until an important presence remains in the Chimaev camp.
While Nickal continues to rise the UFC Middleweight Ladder, it continues to express inexorable faith in his capacities. It is a matter of time until we see if Nickal's immense hype is justified.
