Barcelona seems to be busy this summer, because signing sessions have to be done, there must first be a sale. And at this stage there is a new name that emerged as someone who could continue.
Barcelona sometimes struggled on the left this season, but despite this it was agreed that Alex Valle would not be considered an option by Hansi Flick. As such, the young defender was borrowed from Celtic last summer, before he returned and then immediately left for Como for another temporary deal – although that can be made permanently because the Serie A -side has an option to buy.
But if that is not activated, Valle would return to Barcelona – but even if that happens, there are chances that he will move again immediately, but this time permanent.
That's because Borussia Dortmund has shown interest in Valle, as reported by MD. In recent weeks they have followed his progress in Como to make a move in the summer.
Valle is the second Barcelona player that Dortmund recently interested in, with the first is La Masia Sensation Guille Fernandez. It is not advanced at this stage, but that can change when the summer gets closer.
Barcelona is also impressed by Valle during his time at Como, and when he returns to the club, there are chances for him to stay with the first team – especially because the Catalans probably need a new backup to Baldde, given that Gerard Martin is struggling occasionally.
It is still to be seen how the future of Valle is going on, but it is como that is currently in control of the situation, since they have an option to buy it from Barcelona.
