Brad Tavares shared a brutal battle with a future UFC Hall of Famer.

In the course of five exciting rounds, the American placed it all at stake while he traded with one of the biggest strikers that the sport has ever seen.

On July 6, 2018, Tavares headed the Ultimate Fighter: Undecheed Final, in the Pearl Theater, in Paradise, Nevada, USA.

And while the Hawaiian did not win that night, he came forward with a lot of credit.

Israel Adesanya cut Brad Tavares with a deadly elbow

Brad Tavares was the match with Israel Adesanya and was a huge underdog, with his opponent blinded in glory kickboxing before compiling a 13-0 record in MMA.

Despite the hype, however, the fighters was determined to upheld the apple car.

He started well and landed heavy right hands in the first two segments that suggested that he had the chance to put Adesanya in his place.

Although the MMA star never stopped trying all night, the Nigerian-New Zealander was in the end just a bit too stylish.

Adesanya started landing as desired and connected to a monstrous elbow that cut his opponent.

Although surpassed, Tavares bit his Gumshield and survived the game, in a performance that, although certainly not good enough to win the victory, undoubtedly proved the heart of the warrior.

On Saturday evening, in the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, Tavares returns to Gerald Meerschaert.

The match has two middle weights that really need a victory against each other in a fight that will probably create fireworks.
