Nottingham Forest Captain Ryan Yates and keeper Matz Sels were the heroes when Brighton suffered more FA Cup -Penalty pain.
Sels made two saves in a shootout and Yates scored the winning spot kick to place his team in the semi-final for the first time in 34 years.
