UFC Middenweight Competer Caio Borralho believes that Dricus du Plessis or Khamzat Chimaev can be wounded for UFC 319.
UFC Middleweight Champion Dric Du Plessis and undefeated competition Khamzat Chimaev are days away from fighting at the UFC 319 Main Event in Chicago. In one of the biggest fighting of the year, Du Plessis will put his belt at the risk of demonstrably the most difficult challenge of his title government.
In the case of a problem of the last second, Caio Borralho is ready to fill in for du plessis or chimaev if one of them is forced from the main event slot prior to Fight Night. Borralho is only a few weeks away from combating fellow top candidate, Nassourdine Imavov, in a no. 1 candidate fight in UFC Paris.
While Borralho is in Chicago and is ready for any slip-ups of the last second for UFC 319, he wonders if he was needed because of a persistent issue that Du Plessis or Chimaev is dealing with.

Caio Borralho believes that Dricus Du Plessis or Khamzat can be injured Chimaev after accepting backup performance
During a recent interview with MMA Fighting, Borralho explained why he believes that Du Plessis or Chimaev UFC could comment on a potential fighting channel problem.
“They didn't say who could be injured if it is Khamzat or Dricus, or that there was a problem,” Borralho began. “But I am suspicious because they said earlier that there would be no backup and out of nowhere there would have had something wrong, but I don't know what it is.
“If we follow the logic, Chimaev has the greater chance of pulling it out because he did it a few times before. We know that he is training like crazy, so he is always injured. But I recently heard that he is doing well, he is healthy and has no serious injuries.
Borralho continued to clarify what makes him most about the health of Chimaev for UFC 319.
“The thing that worries me about Chimaev is his weight. I saw a photo and he looks enormous,” said Borralho.
“We know that he sometimes has a hard time to arrive. I keep my hands up until I leave the hotel for the Arena. Until then I am 100 percent locked up with this fight.”
Chimaev missed the weight bad for his first main eventbout against Nate Diaz on UFC 279. After missing the limit of Welterweight with 7.5 pounds, forcing him from the fight with Diaz and relegated to the Co-Main Event Slot against Kevin Holland.
After UFC 279, Chimaev made the full -time switch to middleweight and achieved recent victories over Robert Whittaker and Kamaru Usman. Despite the fact that he is away from fighting for the title of the middleweight, Chimaev wants to return to the welterweight for the possibility of becoming a multi-division champion.
Only a few days away from UFC 319, Chimaev and Du Plessis first came face to eye before Saturday, and their interaction involved fans.
