It is no secret how Canelo Alvarez likes to spend a large part of his boxing income.
The undisputed super middleweight champion is one of the most successful boxers of all time, both in terms of in-ring performance and financial profit. Alvarez proves so much and is on its way to becoming the first Pugilist to reach a capital of billion dollars.
The Mexican would probably have been closer to that milestone if there had been one huge agreement. Seven years ago, Alvarez signed the richest contract in sports history when he was under the banner of Golden Boy Promotions. A deal with Dazn would see Alvarez $ 365 million earn in 11 fights.
It was not long for the multiple champion to get the best out of that contract, as he added to an already lucrative collection that his boxing success had offered him the following year.
