Capello demands from AC Milan: Less artificial intelligence, more human eye

Capello concentrated on the problems that Milan flooded this season when he touched AI.

He told La Gazzetta Dello Sport: “Well, did they perform and perform as much as you would expect from their potential? Certainly not.

“Then we have to understand why. Are they more confident or are they depressed now? My impression is that in previous years they had people in the club and on the couch that could hit the right chords to make them perform better. Although they didn't …”.

Capello then said: “I summarize my hope in one sentence: less artificial intelligence, more human eye. I hope that more and more people from football work in Milan, are able to recognize talents and then help them grow in their characteristics. Because data can help, but it does not explain everything and above all it does not form great teams in itself.”
