Carlo Ancelotti is confronted with a potential prison sentence of four years while he is preparing to be tried for alleged tax evasion.
The Real Madrid -Baas, 65, is accused of deliberately incorrectly informed of the tax office during his first spell that taxes the Spanish giants between 2014 and 2015 to prevent them from paying no more than € 1 million (£ 833,000) in income tax.
Ancelotti denies every misconduct and has sworn to fight the charges.
His court date was established on 2 April, the day after the Copa del Rey Semi-final second stage against Real Sociedad. This is also only six days before Madrid travels to the Emirates to get Arsenal in the first stage of their quarterfinals of the Champions League.
The Italian manager previously admitted that he paid taxes in 2014, but blamed this for mistakes from his accountants.
He insists that he did not violate laws in 2015, because he did not need the 183 days in Spain to pay taxes.
However, prosecutors claim that the main source of income from Ancelotti was during this period of Real, because he was not in charge of Bayern Munich until 2016.
According to Sport, prosecutors have called on Ancelotti to imprison for four years if he is found guilty of the charges against him.
Ancelotti has previously tackled his case and stated that he is 'convinced that I am innocent'.
“This is an old story,” he told reporters. 'The office of the public prosecutor believes that I was a resident in 2015, and I believe I wasn't.
'The fine has been paid and the case is in the hands of my lawyers. I am convinced that I am innocent. Let's see what the judge decides. '
