The midfielder left Chelsea for Toro last month.
“I am very happy that I arrived, to be here, and I can't wait to get started,” Casadei told Toro TV.
“This is not the first year I tried to come back to Italy. Torino has always shown interest, so I have always insisted to get here. When I found out that there was a possibility this summer, I didn't hesitate, so I am very happy.
“The first rumors were a few years ago, even before I went to Chelsea, there was already interest from Torino.
“Then things turned out to be different, but thanks to the president I could come here. I am really happy.
“It was the right time to return to Italy. I had tried to come back for a while, but it didn't go the way I wanted, in a certain way. I really wanted to return to Italy, and now I am finally here. “
