Casemiro has attracted Saudi Arabia for the past 18 months because United has lifted their enormous wage account – but he plans to stay with Old Trafford
Big-earning Brazilian midfielder Casemiro will stay in Manchester United next season after offering a Lifeline Lifeline from Carlo Ancelotti.
Casemiro, who collects a cool £ 350,000 a week, got a shock reminder through his country when his former Boss of Real Madrid called his first Brazilian team earlier this month.
And with the 33-year-old now focused on the final in Canada, Mexico and the United States next summer, he believes that his chances of playing in a third World Cup will be improved by staying in the Premier League. Casemiro has attracted interest from Saudi Arabia for the past 18 months, because United wanted to crop their enormous wage account.
But he worked his way back to the plans of manager Ruben Amorim towards the end of the season and was rewarded when the new Brazilian coach Ancelotti ended his two -year international absence by bringing him into his team for the world cup qualifications against Ecuador and Paraguay.
Casemiro played the full 90 minutes in both games when Brazil gathered four points to go to third place in the South American qualifying table.
Ancelotti managed Casemiro in the Bernabeu and did not agree with the decision to sell him to United in a £ 70 million deal three years ago.
The Italian believes that the five-time Champions League winner can be a great influence of dressing room for him during his first crack at International Management.
Casemiro has left for a year to his United contract, although the Reds have an option to activate an extension of 12 months. He impressed Amorim with his attitude during the last few months of a traumatic season, but United will not stand in the way of him when the Brazilian decided to cash in by moving to Saudi.
Casemiro has constantly insisted that he is happy in Manchester, despite interest from Al-Nassr, the large expenditure club that has just transferred Cristiano Ronaldo a two-year contract worth almost £ 500 million.
The Brazilian is a good friend of the 40-year-old Portuguese after they played together in Madrid. And he posted a photo of him who wore a few £ 7,000 LED repeat boots made by a company that is partly owned by Ronaldo on his Instagram account during the week.
United is looking for buyers for a series of players who are surplus for requirements under Amorim, while they try to raise money to finance a rebuilding.
Wing Trio Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Antony are all in the shop window, but the Reds hopes that Inter Milan would follow a study for misjueling £ 72 million striker Rasmus Hojlund with an offer for the Danish international.
Inter focused on two new strikers after finishing second in the Serie A and then Hamers was hammered by Paris St Germain in the Champions League final.
But they spent £ 20 million on Parma's Ange-Yoan Bonny and are ready to give teen Francesco Pio Esposito more playing time after he had concluded a good performance against River Plate in the club World Cup with his first goal for the club.
That would close the door with a permanent movement for Hojlund, although Int could still offer a loan option of 12 months with an obligation to buy.
