Chael Sonnen takes part in the Pillow Fight Championship [PFC] Was not on our bingo card for 2025.
'The American Gangster' is currently filming the Ultimate Fighter 33 alongside Daniel Cormier.
A potential seasonal fight between the UFC legends will not happen but they have another idea that two of their coaches, Michael Chiesa and Colby Covington, could see in the Octagon later this year.
By the time the fight comes off, Chael Sonnen could be a pillow combat championship board member.

Chael Sonnen to kiss the championship?
Dana White recently caused controversy by mocking cushion fights after UFC 312.
After the UFC boss had insulted its unique sport, the CEO of Pillow Fight Championship hit back.
Steven Williams proposed a challenge of $ 20 million for those 10 UFC hunters and 10 PFC stars against each other. A victory for the schedule of White would lead to the company that he insulted to be closed, but a loss would mean that he should become a part-owner of PFC.
A amused Sunen responded to the challenge in a video of 10 minutes shared with his YouTube channel.
Now, in a bizarre fate, the former UFC participant is dragged into the Witte-PFC cattle.
Willams says he has offered Sonnen a chair on the Pillow Fight Championship board – but there is a catch.
Before he can become a member of PFC, the 49-Vecht MMA veteran White must help if he takes the challenge of $ 20 million.
“I saw Chael Sonen, he did a phenomenal running of exactly what this is about,” Williams told Bloody Elbow.
“The world wants to see it. I actually think it can be bigger than any UFC [show]. It can be bigger, nobody really knows. I don't think it will be smaller than all his smallest events.
“Let's put it this way, if he lets it happen, it will be bigger than his smallest event, and it will be an event that will yield an audience that he doesn't get now.
“Our rounds are 90 seconds. You talked about it in 90 seconds of hardcore and defending. If you do an MMA fight, I sit there for five minutes, and sometimes with these rounds it is like: 'Man, when will this be over? There is nothing wrong. '
“With cushion fights you actually see that passion all the way, every second you are waiting for all other sports, you will see that for that short period.
“The hunters can no longer go. Chael Sonnen could not handle more than three rounds. He would probably be seriously complicated by the second round. That would be my gamble. “
