Arsenal, Real Madrid and Barcelona are among the contenders to win the Champions League this season with eight more teams left, and there is a new favorite after the Liverpool exit
Eight teams remain in the Champions League and everything will compete for glory because the quarterfinals will start on Tuesday evening. But for now one side is above the rest in the search for European silverware.
With Premier League parties Arsenal and Aston Villa accompanied by European giants with Champions League tree -including Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan, Paris Saint -Germain and Real Madrid -there is no easy route to success. And Opta's supercomputer has now revealed who is the most preferable to lift the trophy in the Allianz Arena later this year.
Barcelona is considered favorites with a 23.1 percent of winning the competition for the first time since 2015. The side of Hansi Flick is also a chance of 44.3 percent to reach the final, but a considerable chance of 78.2 percent to reach the last four – news Borussia Dortmund will be less than happy to hear.
PSG are second favorites to finally break their duck in Europe after sending Liverpool, who were previously favorites to reach the quarterfinals. The Ligue 1 champions have had a chance of 19.3 percent to win the competition and seem to have benefited from Aston Villa after he has had a chance of 71.3 percent to overcome the Midlands side.
Despite the current Holders Real Madrid, Arsenal are the following in line and they are recommended by the data as third favorites to win the competition. The men's side of Mikel Arteta got a 15.6 percent chance to realize their dreams.
However, their task against Los Blancos should not be underestimated. The collision between Arsenal and Real Madrid could hardly be considered tighter, with the gunners earning a small advantage with a chance of 50.2 percent to defeat their opponents.

The German giants will hope to benefit from their home country if they reach the final, but have a 10.8 percent chance of winning. Harry Kane wants to take every chance to earn some silverware.
The drop to Aston Villa and Borussia Dortmund is considerable with the parties with a chance of 3.7 percent and a 1.5 percent chance respectively. Neither of them is delivered to reach the next round, with Villa a chance of 28.7 percent to make its way along PSG and only a probability of 9.1 percent to reach the final.
The chances of Dortmund are doing even worse with 21.8 percent and 5.2 percent judgments.
