Charles Johnson has re -defined his UFC career with four wins in 2024
Arriving in the UFC as a former LFA fly weight champion, Charles Johnson's first outing in the Octagon was a tough introduction because he suffered a decision loss for Muhammad Mokaev in London.
He then bounced back with victories over Zhalgas Zhumagulov and Jimmy Flick, but his hard work was undone after three consecutive losses, with 1-3 in 2023.
'Innerg “remained consistently active the following year, but was able to completely reverse his fortune by winning four consecutive fights and taking two bonuses along the way.
With his back firmly against the wall, Groef Johnson deep to beat Azat Maksum in February and earned the Fight of the Night Award after a major opponent.
He followed that in May by beating Jake Hadley through a unanimous decision in the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
In a great game with another exciting rising flying weight in Joshua van, Johnson assured his first performance of the night bonus after landing a huge uppercut to close the show in the third round.

His last victory of the year came in another large firefight against Sumudaerji in which he came at the top through a unanimous decision of 29-28.
In his interview after the fight to end the year, Johnson made his intentions clear by referring to the UFC 310 main event between Alexandre Pantoja and Kai Asakura for the flight weight title.
“Look man, I am the most active mixed martial artist in the world. In the past three years, when I defended my LFA title twice back-to-back until now, I fought 14 times, okay. This is my 10th fight in two years. UFC, I am a five-round hunter, I am the best in the world of F—. These guys don't want to fight for a title, you have to bring someone completely out of Japan, these guys can't put themselves on the market, what's going on, honey. “

Charles Johnson may not have bound the record for most UFC victories in a calendar year, but he wants to keep his momentum by returning in the first quarter of 2025.
'Innerg' did not receive his request for a main event against a big name, but with the #12 ranking order above him, the 34-year-old is now in shape.
On March 1 at UFC Vegas 103 he faces the 18-2 Uzbekistani hunter Ramazan Temirov who announced his arrival in the promotion with a first round knockout about CJ Vergara last October.
Temirov is currently running on a 10-Fight win-streak, so both men come into this fight, which is currently the first attack of the night, which has been used to lifting their hands.
