Charles Oliveira is tipped to win another UFC title after losing Ilia Topuria.
The Brazilian fan favorite could not become a double UFC light weight last weekend at UFC 317, when he lost his first round knockout by the undefeated Ilia Topuria.
Oliveira, a 35-Fecht UFC veteran, has previously lost in the UFC, but never as devastating as this one.
Later this year will be 36, it will be a tough road for Oliveira to return to the undisputed title, now that Topuria rules for champion.
Despite the circumstances, a former title was able to see Oliveira fighting for a belt in his return to the Octagon.

Gilbert Burns says that the next fight by Charles Oliveira Max Holloway should be for the BMF title
The BMF title is for the taking in the main event of UFC 318.
BMF champion Max Holloway will defend the silver belt against Dustin Poirier in what Poirier's pension fight will be on July 19.
Oliveira has crossed paths with both hunters. When he was a featherweight in 2015, Oliveira lost to Holloway by TKO after a freak injury in the first round. Oliveira defended the lightweight title for a last time against Poirier on UFC 269 in 2021 and defeated 'The Diamond' through entry in round 3.
Top-10 UFC Welterweight Gilbert Burns says it is time that Oliveira and Holloway fought again.
“Charles, I think he should take six months off,” Burns told me the money.
“1000% call Sean Shelby and tells him that I told him he should fight Max Holloway,” Burns continued.
“After Max Holloway's fight with Dustin, Dustin is out. Dustin is retired. Max [can] rest a bit because [he’s fighting in July]this guy [maybe] Fighting in December, January.
“Make the BMF for Charles,” said Burns.
Gilbert Burns says that the BMF title should still happen if Dustin Poirier wins on UFC 318
Asked for Poirier who possibly with the BMF -Riem withdrew, Burns says that the BMF title should be at stake between Holloway and Oliveira, regardless of.
“It doesn't matter,” Burns said that Poirier might defeated Holloway a third time on UFC 318.
There is a chance that Poirier vs. Holloway 3 will be the last fight for the BMF title later this month.
BMF title or not, Burns predicts who would win a rematch between Holloway and Oliveira.
“I think Charles,” Burns continued.
“I love this fight. Two legends.
“I don't think they'll make another run for a title,” said Burns about Holloway and Oliveira.
“But for the BMF it is a good fight.”
