Enzo Fernandez and Cole Palmer were on goal when the side of Enzo Maresca consolidated their place in the top five of the Premier League.
Fernandez hit after just three minutes and arranged the low cross of Pedro Neto before sliding past Alisson.
The blues doubled their lead on casual fashion in the 58th minute, when Virgil van Dijk's attempt to clear up Jarrell Quansah and in his own network.
Van Dijk gave the Reds Hoop five minutes after time when he put a header from Alexis Mac Allister's Corner home.
However, Chelsea brought the game to bed with almost the last kick of the game, while Cole Palmer slid home from the penalty spot after Quansah Moises had felled Caicedo.

Liverpool is only the fourth team that loses their first league match after they were crowned Prime Minister League champions after Arsenal in 1997-98 (against Liverpool), Chelsea in 2005-06 (against Blackburn) and the Reds itself in 2019-20 (against Manchester City).
They did not get stuck against an inspired Chelsea, who has now won seven of their last eight league games at Stamford Bridge.
Fernandez got the ball rolling after just two minutes and 47 seconds with the earliest goal of the blues on a home floor since Antonio Rudiger scored against Stoke City in December 2017 for 14 seconds earlier.
Van Dijk gave Liverpool Hope with his 13th main goal from a corner in the Premier League; A count only improved by John Terry (19) and Dion Dublin (14).
Palmer, however, had the last word when he completed an impressive display, in which he registered the most shots (five), most opportunities (four), the most joint passes in the last third (13) and joint touches in the opponent (eight) of each Chelsea player.
After 1,162 minutes, the English international finally found the net in the Premier League again, while beating Alisson calmly from 12 meters.
