
Aston Villa and Wolves are interested in Chelsea defender Axel Disasi, together with other clubs throughout Europe.
The 26-year-old Frenchman fell in the pecking order in Stamford Bridge and the blues consider the options offered for the middle behind that they have signed from Monaco for £ 38.8 million in 2023.
If Disasi drives to Villa as his preference, it is expected to be borrowed until the summer without obligation to buy.
It would give him a chance to play Premier League football for a Champions League-Chasing Club struggling with injuries.
Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca has tried to use Disasi as an improvised right back, although this season he has not convinced enough in that position or in central defense.
The blues contributed to their defensive reinforcements by recalling Trevoh Chalobah from his seasonal loan to Crystal Palace.
Chalobah immediately went for Disasi in Maresca's thinking and started their last two Premier League matches since he returned.
The 25-year-old center-back impressed during his first game back at Stamford Bridge against, firmly defensive and almost scored in the 3-1 win, with Noni Madueke in his attempt on the goal line.
In the meantime, so far, Disasi has only presented this season in six Premier League matches, started four times and twice as a replacement.
Despite his lack of minutes, Disasi has still succeeded in finding the Defense score sheet this campaign, in which he has the 5-1 victory of Chelsea over Southampton over Chelsea on Southampton Neate.
