Chelsea has enjoyed a very busy summer so far and there may be seven players on their way to the club while they want to complete the signing sessions of Jorrel Hato and Xavi Simons
Chelsea is planning to load at least seven players this summer while they want to balance their books. The blues have so far enjoyed a busy transfer window, with eight senior players who leave and eight new players who participate.
Joao Felix recently became a member of the Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr for around £ 43.7 million, while teen defender Ishe Samuels-Smith will also become a member of Strasbourg for £ 6.5 million. Strasbourg is also owned by Blueco, the consortium that formed to buy Chelsea from Roman Abramovich in 2022.
And according to a new report from De Standaard, Chelsea also wants Raheem Sterling, Ben Chilwell, Axel Disasi, Armando Broja, Carney Chukwuemeka, Lesley Ugochukwu and Renato Veiga.
All seven players spent Time -OUT through last season and Chelsea are under pressure to achieve a “positive transfer balance” this summer, which UEFA received a fine for violating their financial rules.
They received a fine of £ 27 million for violating the rule and Squad Cost Rule from the UEFA's football rule. They can also get a fine of another £ 52 million if they do not comply with the UEFA rules in the next four years.
“The club has worked closely and transparently with UEFA to offer a full and detailed breakdown of his financial reporting, indicating that the club's financial performance has a strong upward process,” Chelsea said at the time.

Although Chelsea has already spent more than £ 200 million this summer on Joao Pedro, Jamie Gittens and Liam Delap, they also work on deals for Ajax defender Jorrel Hato and RB Leipzig Star Xavi Simons.
Hato recently missed Ajax's pre-season friendly against Como, after being asked to skip the match because of Chelsea's interest. They are currently talking to Ajax about a £ 35 million deal for the defender.
