Chelsea is confronted with more delays in their plans for a new stadium.
The organization that owns Stamford Bridge, led by the fan, believes that the spiral construction costs in the wider industry are holding proposals for a land of 60,000 seats and other facilities.
The leaders of Blues have still not decided to redevelop their current house or to build on a new site.
Chris Isitt, chairman of the board of Chelsea Pitch owners, revealed in an e -mail to fans: “For the sake of clarity, there is no proposal from the club to CPO, either for redevelopment or for moving.
“Not much has changed since CFC President/CEO Jason Gannon spoke at our AVA in January.
“We understand that the club has been active for some time to speak with relevant external parties that would be involved in staying or going; local authorities, GLA, TFL, etc.
“We understand that one of the most important concerns is currently inflation in the construction sector and the subsequent spiral formation of the costs compared to other projects in London of a similar nature in recent years.
“The purchase agreement in 2022 has established a number of £ 1.75 billion to go to the Foundation, Academie Development and Stadium REPURE.
“Based on current estimates, that would all be necessary to have the stadium built well.”
Under previous owner Roman Abramovich, Chelsea received a building permit in 2017 to redevelop Stamford Bridge.

But Abramovich moths the plans a year later in the midst of a row about delays in the British government that renewed his visa.
In April of this year, the blues announced that the Hammersmith and Fulham Council planning committee had once again given the green light for a stadium of 60,000 seats on the Stamford Bridge site.
But the club warned that there were many more obstacles to overcome before the work could even start.
Isitt pointed out in his e -mail that the Abramovich plans were only for a stadium, while the current owners who bought him in 2022 have a much more ambitious vision.
The club has bought extra land next to the bridge with a view to building a much larger entertainment complex.
Chelsea wants and must generate more income to keep track of their Premier League and European rivals.
The capacity of Stamford Bridge of 40,341 is far below 60,000 or more seats that Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham have.
Analysis of port receptions for the 2023/24 place Chelsea in 10th place with £ 71 million – less than half of the matchday income of Real Madrid (£ 153 million) and behind Arsenal (£ 127m), United (£ 107), LIEVERPOOL (£ 102mm),
Chelsea Pitch owners were founded after the club Stamford Bridge almost lost during financial problems in the 1970s and 1980s, so that the land was sold to real estate developers.
To protect the future of Chelsea and his house since 1905, CPO bought the stadium's exemption in 1997 with the help of a loan of £ 10 million from the club.
The result is that the land cannot be sold or re -developed without CPO approval. The group also has the power over the name rights of the club, which means that it can happen that the club can use the name “Chelsea” if it went somewhere else.
