Chelsea lead race for ‘new Yaya Toure’ but face PL rivals for 20-year-old

Chelsea is the favorites to sign midfielder Arthur Avom from the French side Lorient this summer.

Avom, a Cameroon International, is compared to former Manchester City Great Yaya Toure because of his playing style.

According to the Sun, Chelsea is one of the three Premier League clubs that have sent scouts to Lorient matches this season.
