Chelsea has made an £ 30 million offer for Borussia Dortmund-Vleugel player Jamie Gittens and are willing to offer the 20-year-old a seven-year contract.
Dortmund is looking for around £ 40 million for the former prospect of the youth of Manchester City. Indeed, City has spoken a 10 percent clause.
