Axel Tape (17) has made the step from the academy to the first team in Paris Saint-Germain this season, starting with two Ligue 1 matches and can be seen in the Coupe de France.
PSG hopes to keep the player and to do this, there have been conversations about him who signed his first professional contract. However, those conversations have not achieved an agreement. Les Parisiens are now pessimistic for retaining the middle back, despite the efforts for which this is made.
PSG believes that the player will not change his mind with regard to an exit and so they have now been resigned to lose him, according to the sports zone. The French media understand that Bayer Leverkusen leads the race to sign the middle back on a free transfer, although three Premier League-Clubs-Chelsea, Bournemouth and Tottenham Hotspur all are fans of the PSG player.
For Chelsea, the plan would be to sign tape before he sends him on loan to partner Club RC Strasbourg ALS, to give him a full season of experience to play Ligue 1 football.
