Chelsea receive loan offer from Torino for Italian starlet in major January deal

The Blues have received an offer to sign Cesare Casadei during the winter transfer window.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Premier League side must now decide whether to keep Casadei or cash in on him.

Torino hopes to negotiate a loan with purchase obligation to beat other candidates.

However, Chelsea may prefer an outright sale as it would allow them to reinvest in the squad.
