Chelsea has broken up England Youth International Kian Best for their development team. Best, 19, is a free agent after leaving Preston North End at the end of the 2024-25 campaign.
The talented left back has represented his country at the level under 19, where he won seven caps. Mirror Football understands that best has completed a medical and put pen on paper about a deal with the blues.
The Preston -born star made the headlines in May when he claimed that he had only discovered that he had been released from his hometown club through their social media platforms. The best was sent to the Irish Club Boemians until June.
