Chelsea defender Marc Cucurella has shown that a new contract has been agreed, although the club still has to officially announce that the Spain has put International Pen on paper
Marc Cucurella has confirmed that he has signed a new contract with Chelsea, after he has been associated with a move to Saudi Arabia earlier this summer. Cucurella joined the Blues of Brighton in 2022 for a fee of around £ 63 million.
And the left back has cemented itself as an important player under Enzo Maresca and played the most minutes of every Chelsea star last season. Cucurella's contract would be carried out until 2028, but he has now agreed to an extension after it appeared that Al-Nassr was interested in signing him.
The side of Cristiano Ronaldo would be a diver plot for the Spain International, but Chelsea has moved to end the speculation. Although the blues still have to make a formal announcement, Cucurella confirmed the news after the 5-1 victory of Chelsea over West Ham on Friday.
