Chelsea -Vleugel player Noni Madueke reportedly agreed personal conditions with Arsenal prior to a potential switch to the Gunners.
The 23-year-old was an integral part of the Maresca team during the last campaign, making 41 performances in all competitions for the blues.
He was a second half replacement in their 2-1 victory over Palmeiras in the quarterfinals of the club World Cup on Friday.
According to athletics, Madueke agreed to become a member of Arsenal, but there are still having to talk about the two clubs
