Chelsea starlet to join QPR in permanent deal as Blues waive fee for big clause

The former Academy Football player of the year of Chelsea, Harvey Vale, permanently signs for Championship Club Queens Park Rangers after the two West -London clubs matched the last conditions of the deal on Thursday evening.
