Chelsea from Enzo Maresca has been working on the transfer market with more than £ 200 million in new signing sessions, but they might have some work more to do to do
The hope of Chelsea to land Xavi Simons is dented by RB Leipzig's lack of appetite for a Swap deal, is claimed. The Dutch Ster Simons has long been associated with a Premier League switch – with a few rivals from Chelsea who previously explore a deal – and Leipzig's fail to qualify for Europe could finally see him leave.
The blues of Enzo Maresca have already had a busy window after returning to the Champions League. Estevao Willian has finally completed his relocation of Palmeiras, while Liam Delap and Joao Pedro have arrived to strengthen the attack.
Chelsea is supposed to have offered four players to the German club as part of a deal for Simons. One is Christopher Nunku, who played in Leipzig for his injury hit in West London.
Other reported options are Tyrique George, Armando Broja and Carney Chukwuemeka. According to the sun, none of them are interesting for the Ole Werner side.
Simons, 22, spent time with PSV Eindhoven and Paris Saint -Germain before he came to Leipzig – first on loan and then permanent. He finished last season with 10 goals and seven assists in the Bundesliga, but his club missed a European place after the end of the seventh.
It has already been a summer of unrest at Stamford Bridge. The blues have spent more than £ 200 million on new players, with Jamie Gittens another large Bundesliga star with big money to arrive after completing his relocation of Borussia Dortmund, while they also earned nine digits through sale.
